In response to the above entitled claim filed by Mr. [redacted]'s complaint, we had explained to him on that date, which was 1/23/2013 that all of these motors experienced a high rate of coolant leaks from intake manifolds because of the damage caused by the red [redacted] antifreeze used by [redacted]...

[redacted] in 2013. When my company addressed his issue we completely drained his system and refilled it with [redacted] with a slight red tint. My invoice dated 1/23/2013 clearly states that [redacted] was used and additionally states that the service has one (1) year warranty. I have enclosed a copy for your review. Our company has been using [redacted] for 8 years. The repair was completed on 1/23/2013. Obviously, the damage that was caused by factory [redacted] caused it to fail again. We did our very best to explain this to Mr. [redacted] the problems with these motors and had no success trying to make him understand.
