I used this company for a bathroom remodel since they had done OK with a deck project for me in the past They were lower price for the estimate, but I paid in the long run for my decision The work was slow and responses were prompt in the beginning I assumed he would follow standard, like that a bath bench should be chair height, not inches higher More frustration came after I made the final payment I realized that the floor was uneven That he blamed on the subfloor which would need to be redone Had he told me that before the tile was down, I would have been willing to pay extra for that For months after completion I have expected him day to day to come back and fix threshold and door height I pleaded by email and text to let me know if he was coming back Finally told him to forget it - I can't keep waiting I would not recommend Rossi
The project started out with the best of intentions. However, the issues started when the demolition was complete and construction began.
The pace of construction was extremely slow and went passed our original schedule by several months. The quality of the work performed by the framers, plumber, the electrician, and the work performed by [redacted] himself, was poor and a lot of it had to be removed and rebuilt.
[redacted] did as little as possible on our project. He was unwilling to share receipts, unresponsive, and unable to be trusted.
We finally fired [redacted] and found a great contractor to finish the project.
At the beginning of the project of adding a covered back patio, [redacted] was very professional and seemed excited about starting the project. Soon after the agreement was made to begin the project, the process appeared to stall and drag, sometimes not seeing [redacted] or his crew for a couple weeks at a time often blaming the delays on the city inspection office. The work was ultimately completed 2-3 months behind schedule. Since then (less than one year), we've developed structural issues such as separating wood, water damage and leaks along where the roof meets the house leaking down onto the patio. We attempted to contact [redacted] and leave a msg, but he did not return calls. Workmanship, reliability and integrity are questionable. Our next step will be hiring an independent building inspector to assess the situation prior to moving forward with corrective action.

The work was slow and responses were prompt in the beginning. I assumed he would follow standard, like that a bath bench should be chair height, not 5 inches higher. More frustration came after I made the final payment. I realized that the floor was uneven. That he blamed on the subfloor which would need to be redone. Had he told me that before the tile was down, I would have been willing to pay extra for that.
