Review: Rossetti Roofing In. performed a job in October 2007 on my entire house's roof. The warranty for all work is 10 yrs as stipulated on the contract. Unfortunately a part the roof has a leak since October 2015, which has damage part of the house interior ceiling and floor. I contacted Mr Rossetti by phone October 14 2015, I was told he would call me back the next day to set an appointment on October 16 to see what the problem was, he never did. I called him again on October 17 and left a message and he never returned my call. I tried to contact him by certified mail twice, first time on October 23, 2015, the letter was returned because he had change his address. The second letter was sent on December 24, 2015 to a new address by certified mail also, he received the letter because I had the receipt signed by him. It has been over three months since I contacted him the first time and my issue has not been resolved.Desired Settlement: Replaced of damaged roof, ceiling, and floor.
