The owner's husband was with my service tech the whole time? My tech does not remember undoing any water lines and would not have any reason to? We replaced the pressure switch and the system was operating properly while we were there? We never got a follow up call stating that
anything was out of the ordinary so we had not reason to believe anything was wrong? If my tech had left something undone I would certainly take responsibility, but I am not certain he did, especially since it was some time after he was there that they noticed the problem and now it is a month and a half after this took place that we are now hearing about it? I have been out of the country doing charity work and just discovered the email the complainant? sent about a week ago? I checked with my service tech who claims he didn't undo anything and have no reason to believe he is not telling the truth I responded to the email sent by the owner and have offered to discuss the matter when I get back into the country
Without assigning blame I am willing to offer $to resolve this claim
