To whom it may concern, I [redacted] completed worked for Mrs [redacted] on 3/3/ The agreement was I had to remove pine trees, grind stumps and remove debris The total price for the job was $Once I completed the job Mrs [redacted] looked over the job She told me I had done a good job I was not paid half up front she paid me when the job was completed She waited about months later complaining about limbs and leaves that fallen from the remaining trees in her yard She wanted me to come back and clean it up I explain to her that the limbs and leaves had fallen from the remaining trees in her yardI told her I was not responsible for that clean up The driveway is a dirt driveway and I smooth the dirt back out and she said that it was fine I didn't cause any damage to the car covering [redacted] ***

[redacted] contacted my business (Ross Tree Service) about a quote on cutting a tree at [redacted] in [redacted] Ms.? I went to the resident and looked? at the dead pine tree.? I call [redacted] and inform him that the cost? to cut the tree would be $1600.00.? The stump would be a separate price.? The cost to grind the stump would be $350.00.? He ask me when could I do the job.? I? inform him that I was booked up for about two weeks.? He said that the city of [redacted] was getting on him about the tree.? I told [redacted] that I would have fit him into my schedule to cut the tree.? Once again the price was $1600.00.? I told him I would have to come back another day to grind the stump because I was busy.? He was ok with that.? He knew the price to grind the stump would be and additional cost of ? $350.00.? A day or two went by and he started calling about the stump.? [redacted] became very rude and demanding.? He started using profanity saying I need to come grind his stump.? I told him to fine someone else because I was no longer interested in doing it.? After that he started sending slandering text messages about my business.? ?
