explain what the debt was for and how to resolve the matter (show proof of 2009 return being filed) as Complainant notes in her complaint.  The Complainant constantly cut-off our employee and was extremely rude to our employee.  Our employee explained to Complainant firmly but politely that she would not continue with the call if Complainant was going to continue to speak to her in that manner.  Complainant continued to be rude at which point our employee terminated the call.
