We have received your customer compliant ID# [redacted] about [redacted]. [redacted] had an appointment scheduled with our staff on January [redacted] 2017 at 10am. He was unfortunately 2 hours late and we rescheduled him to come back on Feb [redacted] 2017 at 11am. On this day, we saw him and we collected all the information that we needed. He is now a part of the waiting list for the housing project and when they have another apartment that fits his needs, they will contact him.Please also note that this new housing project is a lottery rent up and his application will be handled like all the others, in numerical order.Thank you,[redacted]
