I would also like to add that the [redacted] now super sport 24 hour fitness has contacted me and we did speak. The conversation was about my complaint about not being grandfathered in. The branch manager at the [redacted] branch claim that from his record that the gym that is nearby my home which I frequently visit an they now have change the gym to a super sport which I am currently not grandfathered in. They are saying that I have not been to that gym in 2 years. Which I told him that he is lying and he says that is what his record says. This is what his record shows, I am a fit person, and I frequently go to the gym 6 days a week and I like to shower every day before work, so not showering after a gym session before work for 2 years... Ok, I feel that I might have to get a lawyer involved at this point since they are in control of who checks in an out of there system which leaves me speechless and out of my hand as a customer...Regards,[redacted]

The voicemail your corporate employee left me gave a wrong number. The number she gave in the voicemail goes to a Toyota customer support line.
Please send me the number to call again, either through this messaging system or through another phone call tomorrow.

Thank you for your comment. 24 Hour sales associates were marketing this membership as a lifetime membership. It is bad business practice to sell a false lifetime membership. This is why so many members are outraged.

[redacted] After months of the 24 hour fitness national office not dealing with the horrific customer service they finally only after I filed this Revdex.com complaint and [redacted] was assigned from socialfit side a customer response team member in California who promised five times to send me an email apology and compensation and more further assured to follow in writing whoch never happened.... another let down by the national side this never happened. late last friday in late afternoon [redacted] called and he said he was a brand new regional manager for my area in Frisco region and also promised to send me an email with itemizing the apology, assuring me my account was fine and also that of my wife, promising compensation, and more and that he had a telephone meeting with someone in national named [redacted] or something like that and that by Monday I would have my email apology and further as I mentioned and this NEVER happened. There has been no solution and 24 hour fitnness has done nothing but dragg their feet and say and promise and then do nothing for many months including recently....... causing me wasted time, lost work compensation by spending hours on this, added stress and terrible feelings about the lack of integrity.. I wish to press this complaint on and am looking into contacting your California Att gen but the fact that you were told it was resolved shows how dishonest they are.

A member of 24 hour Fitness customer service contacted me via telephone earlier this month and attempted to justify the fee increase without showing references to the signed agreement provisions that allow for such increases. She told me that the agreement allowed it and that she would be sending me a copy of the contract highlighting the provision that permitted such fee increases. However, I have yet to receive anything. As for as I am concerned 24 Hour Fitness has done nothing to address my concern and the dispute remains open until they show me where in the agreement the increase is allowed or they correct the fees and stop any further increases.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.THERE WAS NO OFFER OTHER THAN FOR ME TO PAY THE NORMAL RETAIL UPGRADE RATE TO USE THIS CLUB.The local manager did contact me and told me the same thing I was told by the customer service representative when I called them. She advised me she could not offer me a grandfather membership t the one club and that I should take my issue up with the customer service representative who made me the offer. When I told her I asked if I could speak with him or his supervisor I was told that was not possible. The customer service representative even said there was no one higher in the corporate office I could speak with. I wrote this to the Revdex.com is my last response and 24 hour fitness is just giving me and the Revdex.com a runaround.Regards,[redacted]
