I have accepted hour fitness Corporate resolution. Attached is the Voicemail resolution that was proposed. "I gladly accept." But if I get another bill for an increase of annual dues for 2017,2018, etc, I will keep generating complaints on my behalf for the same reason

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is a shame that I had to chase the business down for months to get them to correct their error, and that, even when would say by phone that the error was corrected, still refused to provide the resolution in writing.
After weeks of prodding by me and dodgy replies and non-compliance from their location's manager, they did, finally, send an email with the new terms, but have refused to revise the contract or issue a new one -- both clearly within their ability.
I retain the email in my records and hope that, next January, the annual fee will not be applied and it will not be necessary to go through this entire process all over again. The way this "resolution" has gone leaves no comfort that the same erroneous billing will not occur again
Until then, I can hardly call all this fuss and stubborn refusal to be decent and serve the customer "acceptable."Regards,*** ***

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes I spoke with the manager and asked him to look at the security footage or talk to the management on duty of the last date I was in the facility after that I was told it's all new employees and there is no security footageI apologize by all means if hour as a whole did not received my notice to cancel but I did do my duty and tell the manager and front desk I wanted to cancel my membership due to people shooting up steroids in the changing room and not wanting to place my self in that environment
I trusted hour and didn't even think about it until my card might have been jeopardized at holiday season so I looked to make sure there is no fraudulent charges after being contacted by my bank and I noticed this hour fitness still charging meSo I immediately contacted hour fitnessI was offered half of a refundThat is not acceptable I want A full refundIf not I will be forced to pursue other legal actions.Regards,*** ***
