Ross Custom Homes has been in business for over ten
years. In that time we have worked for
over two hundred customers. In all of
those years we have been able to make all of those customers happy, and never
once had a complaint filed with the Revdex.com. As you
know there are always two sides to
every story. There are several items in
the statement by Mr*** that are simply not factual or slanted in the

I am rejecting this response because: Mr. Ross continues to make excuses and pat himself on the back.  My defective construction is factually documented.  My roof is damaged, my WPB is installed incorrectly, my windows are not installed correctly, my stucco is without any drainage plane, my stone veneer is terminated below grade and without the required screed for drainage.  None of the horizontal trim on my house is properly flashed.  I have siding installed below grade.  I have stucco installed at grade around my garage doors.  Mr. Ross needs to address the issues rather than make excuses for poor sloppy construction.
