Ross Couvillion

Review: [redacted] was hired in August of 2013 to score, stain, and path concrete. In September of 2013, his worker [redacted], had to come back to my home to do some repairs. One of the two colors of the stain that had been used did not retain the original color. The stain had discolored and didn't last for one month. Ross Couvillion was given $600.00 by me(Helen) and $600.00 by my builder. He was given a total of $1,200.00. I have called his worker(Kenneth) and Mr. Couvillion for months. I had tried everything, and he is not answering his phone. He came highly recommended, [redacted] was talking nicely, and gave me very poor workmanship for staining the concrete at my home.$1,200.00 for workmanship that didn't last a few months.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement is for my concrete to be stained correctly, properly, and for it to last more than a few months. I paid for a service and was told that it would be done correctly and it would last. I just want what I had paid for. I fill as if I had been taken advantage of by Ross Couvillion and [redacted], his employee.
