First, it's slightly insulting that I have to respond to a complaint in which the desired outcome is :"To never fix computers again but I know that won't happen." However, the customer knew that her motherboard was bad and that we were taking her salvageable parts and putting them into a... different used tower. If she truly desires resolution, she is more than welcome to bring the tower back for us to address whatever issues that are occurring. She is also more than welcome to her old tower with the bad motherboard (although I'm curious as to why this wasn't requested upon pickup). The only complaint we heard was that it "wasn't right", "we stole her computer", and that she was contacting the BBB, then she hung up the phone. No prior or subsequent contact was made by the customer.
