I gave MrCrumb a $deposit on June 2nd and signed a contract for him to tear off and replace my garage roof After months with no work completed, I asked for a refund of my deposit He returned $after several weeks of being ignored As of today, MrCrumb still owes me $of my deposit and has now stopped responding to all my attempts at contact He has ignored me for weeks and prior to this would set up times to meet me with my refund and would not show up or call to reschedule MrCrumb has lied to me many times Countless attempts have been made to get my money back without involving your agency These attempts have been disregarded by MrCrumb and I am seeking help in obtaining my money back since he will not respond to my requests I have a signed contract, a copy of my bank check and all texts sent to MrCrumb, which are time and date stamped
