will not return any phone calls, her daughter blatantly lied to me and told me that she did not have a physical office. Paid her a lot of money.
My Mom was diagnosed with Lung Cancer 6 months ago. She hired [redacted] to do her trust Nov 5, 2012 and paid her at least $3,000. My sister and I closed out all of my mothers accounts and personally gave [redacted] every account number, her bills, and any piece of mail that we could find. When my sister and I met with [redacted] she promised us that everything would be sent to the "trustee" within the next couple of days. A month later after calling a numerous amount of times I finally was able to get in touch with her daughter. I then found out that NONE of the paperwork had been sent to the trustee and [redacted] promised us a week. I have called and left several messages at her office and cell phone. I have even emailed her but no response. If I get lucky and call [redacted]'s office her daughter will answer but she has absolutely NO experience with this type of work and claims to be a paralegal. My sisters and I have called her multiple times and are to the point where we would like to fire her with a full refund. I feel as if she took full advantage of my dying Mother because my Mom never had a problem reaching her via email or over the phone. Now that she has my mothers money she has put this case on the back burner.
