As I stated in a phone message left with you I never received any correspondence of this compliant and this is the 1st that I've received from youNow in regards to a credit issued to Mrs [redacted] this was an oversight by my secretary and will be sent out today in the amount of $25.In response to Mrs [redacted] compliant she conveniently left out that her vent was a uncommon size and her kitchen contractor, my friend [redacted] ***, was going to locate and supply to them [redacted] and Mr [redacted] met out for drinks where Mr***, I'm told, received vent and said to [redacted] that he'd put the vent onWe originally assumed that matter was closed and that we'd be reimbursing [redacted] ***It was until almost months later, I believe Sept, after the job had been done that Mrs [redacted] contacted me about this ventI think there was quite a bit of miscommunication that lead to the delay of the situation being correctedAgain I will have a credit out to her todayDale R [redacted]

[redacted] and I did talk about smudges that we felt may be from the rubber mallets like a sneaker smudge mark of a shoeShe requested this several weeks after the original repairs had been made in which damaged was caused by her Curtain contractor and wanted them looked at immediately before her surgery which wasn't possibleSince then she has not called back and has only made inference with her son-in-law who has no direct relation to this other than he being an industry supplierIf [redacted] would like to schedule a time for me to address the stated issue she would be advised to call me directly rather than through her son-in-law
