Rosey rabbit has been taking people’s money for a very longtime now and not sending customers merchandise nor do they offer a refund. They continuously lie and tell you your order has shipped and when you send an email they send you the same response no matter what your issue is. They don’t deserve to be in business and I wish more people would report them and demand their money. Ack. Absolutely horrible company do not recommend to anyone.
This company bombards *** with their wares and claims everything is guaranteed, but when the product doesn't work they are impossible to deal with. They don't care if your items is worthless, your money is lost forever. Don't purchase from them!!!
I believe this to be a fraudulent/fake on-line business. It is an on-line store advertising on ***. I made an on-line purchase, from what I believed was a Canadian company based out of Quebec. I was then charged in US dollars and was sent me a phoney tracking number from a Chinese courier. They claim to ship products within 24 hours of receiving the order and to expect delivery in 4-7 business days. Even with the slowed delivery due to Covid, it’s been 31 business days. When I contacted their support email address, they just sent me the same tracking number that doesn’t exist with no further information as to when or where my item might be. They have not responded to my last two emails. The company offers an array of products- clothing, cosmetics, housewares etc... But I think it’s a carefully crafted on-line ***. I read some reviews (unfortunately after making my purchase) from other costumers who are still waiting after 3 and 4 months and have received nothing.
I don't even want to give this company 1 star. I ordered from them and never received anything. I got a shipping confirmation that it had been delivered, but I was home all day and received nothing. There is no phone number to call for customer service (it's just a recorded message) and they don't respond to emails. So now I have no product and am out $30.
