At the time of purchase, the salesman and the manager told me that the $3000+ warranty contract was an overpriced athat wasn’t worth buying, so I didn’t add one to my contract

Review: I bought a vehicle from this place first problem we agreed on a price of 10,000 out the door they didn't change the paperwork and over charged me next issue was while driving the vehicle home the engine light came on took the vehicle to [redacted] dealer found out the catalytic converter had been modified to pass smog the dealer told me and I have the work order it should have not passed smog with the engine light on it would have been erased for it to be able to pass I had to pay 1200 in repairs tried to contact Roseville automaxx and was told my salesman had quit car was sold as is I get that but I was also told it passes smog on top of that the car almost rolled over my son it had two recalls which was never addressed or repaired one was car could roll away very unsafe and dangerous I was told not there problem so after over paying and paying for repairs I spent an extra 2000 I don't feel what was done was right I have work orders and txt messages and pic to prove my story be aware of Roseville automaxx thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: negotiate refund for some of the repairs the smog issue 1st I was told smog was good it was not passed legally and I feel there responsible for that part

next assure they will really inspect there vehicles for recalls it could of been a lot worse for my son
