incorrectly installed granite in upstairs bathroom of my house. Not only once, but three times. The first top that came was a single bowl and should have been a double. The second time it was the wrong color. Then they installed the piece the third piece and the holes for the plumbing are cut in the wrong location, all measurements being different, which made the plumbing impossible to install. *** was made aware of these issues and promised to fix everything that was addressed to them. *** attempted to come fix the problem and only made it worse after a week of pleading. In the process they cut the back of the sink flange off, also drilled bigger holes which left gaps in front and behind the faucets. They agreed that this was unacceptable and they would come out to fix the issue. On the next visit, two weeks later, they tried to fix the issue but failed to do so. They agreed the top was unacceptable and agreed to reinstall a new top with new holes that would be cut on site to the correct dimensions but failed to come out and do so. I attempted to contact *** to resolve this issue, they refuse to complete the job to industry standards. This job has lasted over 3 months without completion and or satisfaction of my family and I. They have been paid in full, with a credit card and cash payments and refuse to complete the job.
