4/5/17Good Morning, This letter is in response to a letter received 4/14/from Revdex.com, notifying me of a customer who placed an order on my web site in January and did not receive the products. The web site had maintenance done in December and since then I am finding problems and I did not
receive notification of some orders being placed. The issue is being worked on and should be resolved as of 4/4/17. The customer was refunded the amount of the order and the customer was also sent the item she ordered for free, which was mailed yesterday. Thank you for the notification. I am deeply sorry for the inconveniences.Teresa

I never knew this order was placed until I received this letter. I then investigated my web site and discovered my web site (which was recently revamped with the web hosting site) it was not initiating any information to my forwarding email for the order and pay pal also was not able to get the message to me due to this same forwarding email problem. So I resolved the problem that day thanks to the Revdex.com letter and in the meantime. I sent the customer an apologetic email and returned the money paid for the order, I sent a complete refund. I also immediately sent a return letter to the Revdex.com to inform them of our response and immediate corrective action. In addition we also shipped the product for free to the customer. I am sorry for any inconveniences caused but, I am grateful the Revdex.com sent the letter or I would not have known about the issue. Please let me know you have received this letter so the issue can be resolved.
