My name is *** *** and I am the District Manager for the Furniture and Flooring department in
the Roses store located in Anderson, IN I a writing in response to a complaint that was lodged against Roses #back on 7/3/by customer *** *** I received this complaint only days ago and had not been aware of any issues before then This is the reason for the delay in responding to it
I spoke with Mr*** and his wife this afternoon and gathered all of the necessary information needed to resolve their complaint After speaking with them, it was determined that they wanted to exchange one of the items and receive a refund on the remaining balance due to them Upon searching the available products it was determined that a full refund of the purchased items was in order
To my knowledge, the *** are satisfied with the resolution of their complaint
Please note that had this complaint been made known to me in the beginning, it would have never escalated to this level
