I got my car fixed under warranty at Page Chevrolet in August 2019, they gave me a rental car which broke down on the highway. I missed wages at my job, and had to get a rental car which they emailed me and said they would cover 3 day cost. I have yet to receive any money from them. I’ve called multiple times, asked to talk to managers no one will respond to me. They also told me that they wouldn’t give me the full amount because I’m under 25 and got charged extra per day. In the email they said they would cover the 3 days and refuse to pay me the rest. I’m hey also posted pictures of my car on social media which got bullied for. The whole experience was awful and I lost a lot of money dealing with this business

I went to this organization and needed a repair on the electric left rear window it had stopped working. the representative told me they would look at it and they have a $160.00 diagnostic fee, which I gave the "ok". he came back and stated that he would order the part for the window and also stated that my car needed a new oil pan gasket. I ask how much and how long would that take and he said he was not sure of either. I checked back with the representative while waiting 3 times and he stated he would need to keep the car overnight because it was nearing the end of their business day. we were waiting on the parts for the window and for the gasket for the oil pan. again I asked he how much was this going to cost and he stated he was unsure at this time. he gave me a company car to use for the evening. the next day I called and he stated was my car ready and he said "yes". he stated that the young mechanic had to stay after hours to repair my car, eluding to this inflating the bill that was never quoted. never did this service representative in my 4 interactions quote the price of these repairs and get my "ok" except for the diagnostic fee of $160.00. so on saturday when I called him he quoted me the bill at $1669.01. needless to say I was shocked and had to have my car because of work, as well as being from out of town. I am here for 13 weeks due to my employment. so that the business would not hold my car I paid it on my credit card and told the representative I was not happy with these inflated prices and I had full intention of following up with the Revdex.com as well as my credit card company to dispute the charge. I am not trying to get something for nothing and am willing to pay 50% of the charges amounting to $834.51. even at this rate I feel exploited by the charges being unfair and inflated. I never experience this type of abuse before and felt that I should contact your organization. please help me and investigate this matter for me as well as the general public. this is "gouging" the public and is unacceptable. thank you.

I went to the dealership on August 10,2019 to purchase a vehicle. After my son and I road tested the car I ran a computer scan of the vehicle and found out that it needed a battery. I explained to the salesman what I found out and negotiated a price. I explained to the salesman that I needed a bill of sale to take to my bank as well as showed him a letter from my bank that I was approved for the amount of the car. He talked to his sales manager Juan M and returned saying we could take the car home today. I told him I preferred not to, however he said it was fine and the bank could send him the check on Monday. He said for identity purposes to fill out and application so they could confirm my identity. I explained to the salesman several times that I didn’t want my credit pulled because my bank had already given me the loan. He confirmed that w they weren’t going to. When I went to sign the paperwork they had a mock contract. I was signing papers until I came upon paper work that started *** approved me for the loan and the financing amount. At that point I stopped the sale and contacted the local authorities. A officer came out and said he could be a mediator. He instructed me to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. The salesman said he was in the business of selling cars and I signed an application for finance. He also stated to the officer that he only ran my credit through Chevrolet and ***. Now in the weed to follow I’ve received letters from several banks that this dealership has sent my information to without my consent. The salesman name was Christian P. This business in my opinion is doing some underhanded business.

On June 24, 2016, I purchased a brand new Chevrolet *** 2016 from Page Chevrolet dealership ( *** Turnpike, Alexandria, VA 22312) with the MRSP sticker price on the passenger window. The car had 75 miles on the odometer after I did a test drive on the highway and some secondary roads. I have all the documents in my possession.

On April 15, 2019, I came to the service department of *** Chevrolet *** (*** Rd, Owings Mills, MD 21117) because my airbag light came on and I knew that I have 3 years bumper to bumper warranty which should last until June 24, 2019. At that dealership, I was told that my warranty expired on January 22, 2019, and if I have a question I should call the GM. I did call the GM (ticket GM 9-51xxxxxxx) and they told me that I have to talk to the dealer that sold me that car (Page Chevrolet).

I did call the dealer (Juan M – director of sale) and he told me that it is a mistake on their part and they will provide me with the extended warranty on my vehicle. A month later they stopped answering my calls and e-mails. After that, I called the GM a second time (ticket GM 9-xxxxxxx) and manager of the Customer Complain department told me that Page Chevrolet provided information to her that my car, before being sold to me, had been used for internal use and different shows and conventions, however, was sold t0 me as a brand new car.
I decided to look through all the sale papers and found the Inspection Certification Virginia State Police that states that on February 26, 2016 -5 months before the actual sale to me- the odometer reading was 80 miles and they sold me the car with 75 miles on the odometer after my extensive test drive (odometer tampering?).
Today I received an email from Page Chevrolet where instead of providing me with the promised extended warranty they offered me the “opportunity” to trade my 2016 Chevrolet and buy a brand new car from their dealership.
I would never ever deal with such a disrespectful and falsifying business.

I bought a new 2018 Chevrolet *** on 9/12. The seat was broken and there was a stain in the on the interior about the drivers seat.

I called to have it repaired they told me I would need to leave the car and there was no loaners. I took the car in to be repaired it took 3 weeks. When I got the car back there was 200 additional miles on the car, the seat was seemed fixed but the stain was there. While at the dealership I tried to move the seat back and the handel came off in my hand. I asked about the stain and the detailer came oout to remove it. He tour the interior. The dealer took pictures and told me to call the BBC the next day because the service department was gone for the day. I called and got the run around. I called GM customer service to report this. They set up two different days for me to take the car in. Each time the dealer refused to repair the car. I called GM back and they told me they could not make the dealership do anything.

Also my car has not been registered by the deership and I was charged for this.

Revdex.com 1411 K. St. 10th fl. Washington, DC. 20005 Re: *** Dear *** has an open complaint with General Motors, Page Chevrolet Inc. has follo from the manufacturer to resolve the complaint. A manufacturing default is part of the compliant along with possible damage incurred here at the dealership. If any manufacturing defaults are found, General Motors will make repairs under any qualified warranty. If any damages were incurred by the dealership, we will make those repairs for free. As of this date we have not had the opportunity to make any repairs however as soon as *** can bring the vehicle into our dealership, every effort will be made to satisfy her complaint.

I bought a car and had an ok experience. The sales person was nice and the finance guy helpful.

The service department is horrible. The took 3 week to service my car and the labor only took 2.5 hours. When I got my car back it had 200 more miles on it.

They tore my interior and said they would fix it then kept giving me the run around

I first took my vehicle into for a diagnostic no start due to vehicle not keeping the charge. I incurred a $150 dollars diagnostic fee. Chevy initial diagnostic was a faulty battery ground wire and electrical wires which cost about over $600 dollars. I had my reservations I informed them that it wasn’t the wires and that the problem was the vehicle not keeping the charge. Against my better judgement not being a certified mechanic I trust the dealer based solely because they are the car manufacturer and should have the expertise to diagnose and fixed my car issues. Then I received a call from Page Chevrolet *** that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I paid my bill and drove the car home. While driving home on 395 the vehicle cut off. I received a jump start from a friendly driver so the car made it home. Immediately after the car wouldn’t start. I called Chevrolet and indicated my dissatisfaction spoke with Chester the service representative the assistant manager Tariq and the General Operation Manager Vincent. I called *** corporate and was then asked by both Tariq and Vincent that if I dropped my case with *** that they would work with me to resolve any issues at their expense if I towed the car there. Against better judgement at this time I had replaced alternator battery battery and electrical cables. So I paid once again because Chevy backed out their deal to take care of my car. I told Chevy to fully diagnose the car and tell me all was wrong with the car so I can make an informed decision whether to fix the car or to apply the cost towards a down payment for the car. I was assured that all diagnostic has been done. Paid bill drove the vehicle room home. Same problems happened again. Now down about $2000 still no functioning car. I’m so disappointed. Please ensure that you don’t patronize this unprofessional incompetent bad customer service and most of all dishorable. This dealer word is not their bond.

Very Respectfully

In May of 2017 I purchased a 2005 *** from Page Chevrolet in Alexandria VA. the car had a bad transmission and other issues with the drive train and After having this verified by 2 mechanics Page finally agreed to replace the transmission in late July 2017. The transmission came with a one year warranty. I had intermitant problems with is but when It was test driven earlier in the year by my mechanic we could not replicate and he assured me if it was slipping it would get worse and to bring it back then. Well, He was correct. I brought it back to him late may and he verified that it was in fact slipping. Because Page had given me such a hard time previously, I then took it to *** for a full diagnoses and they to verified that it was slipping. It even Jerks occasionally.
I made an appointment on July 10th with Page Chevrolet for the transmission and without even looking at it, the service manage stated he would not cover under warranty that was still in effect until July 27th. I then went to the Sales manager, He spoke with the service manager, and he agreed to fix anything that they had replaced. Mind you, it was under warranty. He explained that they would send it over to Landmark Honda to have it looked at. They did not have a loaner for me so I returned on July 12th to drop off my care and pickup loaner. They then sent it over to Landmark without the full description of the occurrences in which the transmission was slipping as stated in the diagnosis from *** and Landmark Honda said they could not reproduce the problem.
Page Chevrolet has now said they will not honor the warranty. I have since found out that the transmission they installed in my car came from *** salvage yard in Virginia.
