My spouse had come for a regular service on our vehicle and after approximately an hour one of the employees, my wife inquired how much longer it would be before our car would be finished The service employee had advised my spouse that "it takes as long as it takes", told her to "go get some free coffee", snarked and rolled her eyes and resumed a personal call on her cell phone My wife called me to come pick her up, and when I arrived I gave my wife our other car and I decided to wait for the vehicle When I approached this same service rep, she identified herself as an Ashley J [redacted] and said to me "I feel bad that you have to live with THAT ***" and then commented how much she liked my Mercedes that my spouse drove off in After approximately more minutes, this same rep said the car would be ready shortly and then tried to strike a conversation with me and asked if I would like to take her to lunch as she was coming up on a break I asked for the service manager and Miss J [redacted] got nervous (probably realizing how inappropriate she was being) and she provided me with the keys to my wife's carI am disgusted at the level of service and inexcusable lack of professionalism the service staff of Hyundai of Chantilly provided It is beyond anything I have ever experienced and ashamed and embarrassed at the Rosenthal Group of dealerships to even employ and allow anyone to behave this wayAshley J [redacted] is approximately half my age, and ill equipped to be any service oriented positionI have never been so insulted in my entire life, before this girl She practically solicited herself to me, and I hope you do not take this lightly or think its the first time this employee has behaved this way
My spouse had come for a regular service on our vehicle and after approximately an hour one of the employees, my wife inquired how much longer it would be before our car would be finished. The service employee had advised my spouse that "it takes as long as it takes", told her to "go get some free coffee", snarked and rolled her eyes and resumed a personal call on her cell phone. My wife called me to come pick her up, and when I arrived I gave my wife our other car and I decided to wait for the vehicle. When I approached this same service rep, she identified herself as an Ashley J[redacted] and said to me "I feel bad that you have to live with THAT [redacted]" and then commented how much she liked my Mercedes that my spouse drove off in. After approximately 30 more minutes, this same rep said the car would be ready shortly and then tried to strike a conversation with me and asked if I would like to take her to lunch as she was coming up on a break. I asked for the service manager and Miss J[redacted] got nervous (probably realizing how inappropriate she was being) and she provided me with the keys to my wife's car.
I am disgusted at the level of service and inexcusable lack of professionalism the service staff of Hyundai of Chantilly provided. It is beyond anything I have ever experienced and ashamed and embarrassed at the Rosenthal Group of dealerships to even employ and allow anyone to behave this way.
Ashley J[redacted] is approximately half my age, and ill equipped to be any service oriented position. I have never been so insulted in my entire life, before this girl. She practically solicited herself to me, and I hope you do not take this lightly or think its the first time this employee has behaved this way.
