Review: [redacted] and myself rented an apartment by the month from the Rosenbergers in Rochester, Pa. They knew that our rental would be for two months maximum since we were working a shutdown at a the [redacted] P[redacted] (nearby nuclear power plant) so we rented by the month. On 5/12/14 I notified the Rosenbergers that we would be leaving soon. I was laid off first and [redacted] was laid off shortly after. We were out of the apartment before rent was due. [redacted] had one of the Rosenbergers inspect the apartment before he left and he was told that everything was OK and there would be no problem with the security deposit. We left the apartment cleaner than it was when we got it; the building was just renovated and there was construction dust on many surfaces. [redacted] had a vacuum cleaner with him and he vacuumed when he left. it has been several months and no refund. They refuse to respond to voice mails that I have left on their answering machine. My last message for them was that if I did not hear from them withing two business days I would be contacting the Revdex.com. Still no response..Desired Settlement: A full and complete refund of the security deposit of $550.00
