Review: I purchased a business owner insurance policy through this company. I had received a refund check for a previously canceled policy that I wanted to apply against my new premium. The company owner told me to sign the check and he would deposit it into his account and then apply it against my new policy. I waited over a month to see the payment get applied and it was not. I contacted the company owner and he said that he had applied it. I also contacted the insurance company and they said that the check had been cashed on 5/23/2016 but that no matching amount had been applied to my account.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds back so that I can send them directly to the insurance company.

In response, I did accept this check to help start new policies in good faith. Ms. [redacted] failed to mention that she failed to pay prior policies; one resulting in a refund, the other resulting in a balance. In order to obtain new policies, I had to pay off existing balance. I tried to explain this to Ms. [redacted], and her husband, but she did not understand. Now, to maintain a friend and good client, I am refunding the same amount, $636.20, by July, 8th. I also spoke with her bookkeeper, [redacted], and reiterated the same
