*** ***While we appreciate your offer to return the car for a refund, that was unfortunately not an option for usMy son had been without a car since June when his car was totalled by an uninsured motoristWe had shopped for weeks and needed to get something purchased by Friday, August 18. The service fee is listed on the window sticker but so is a retail value of $so clearly window sticker information is not accurate. I would like answers to the following questions:Why did the salesperson not mention the service fee, when on separate occasions we asked what additional fees would be incurred when purchasing the car? What service did you provide to justify the $service fee?

When I received an email from the customer stating the same information as the complaint I immediately replied telling the customer we would be happy to give them a full refund for the purchase if they were not satisfied.Tell us why here...I have attached the email string
