Rosemont Suites

Review: We booked a room online to stay here for the night. The site said nothing about this place having a set check in time and is advertised as a hotel and suites, not a halfway house. We got there and the doors are locked, no front desk to check in if you can g et in. We went up to the hotel next to them whom claim they have no affiliation to Rosemont suites and the lady there activated a k ere y card so we went back down and got in and the room was gross! Stuff all over the rugs, "stuff" on the walls and when I lifted the sheet, bed bugs in the crease of the mattress. We promptly left and had to go pay for another room in the hotel that was " not affiliated " I booked the room originally for $69.00 online with Rosemont and the charged me $102.00 plus I had to pay for a livable room. I just want my money back, but they need to learn how to run a buisness!Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is my money back, and for them to not continue this scam!
