Hello, [redacted] Since I received the complaint, though there's no doubt the claims made against me are not true, I went ahead and researched these dates I now have printed credit card transaction reports from Worldpay as well as other supporting documents proving that my company was not involved in defrauding this plaintiff, and I am happy to provide them However, I would first like to see proof from the person filing the complaint that my name is on any of the credit card charges they accuse me ofThe only charge made by my company was when he placed an order directly through my one-line store on June 24th, The charges were for products he ordered and were then shipped to him Since that one order, plaintiff's card was never charged again by my company for any amount whatsoever I'm asking that the plaintiff contact his bank or the company that issued his credit card so he can find out whose company is behind these fraudulent charges I am sure it will be easy for them to see my name was not involved If he cannot provide proof but continues to maintain his accusation, I will gladly respond with my supporting documents I look forward to hearing from you, Sincerely, [redacted] Rosemira Organics
