Carnivore Meat Company LLC produces raw pet food, our retail brand is Vital Essentials. We do not directly sell any product online. We sell through distribution channels. We also do not accept credit cards.While we do make products that could be considered "Pet Chews" we do not
make any product with a name anywhere close to resembling "Pet Renew aches & pains." We only make pet food and pet treats. We do not make pet supplements.I believe we have spoken to the consumer filing this complaint multiple times. We have tried to explain that she is contacting the wrong company, but have been unsuccessful
