Customer was in my office 2 days after her complaint to the BBB. Ms. [redacted] is a repeat customer of ours, we... explained our position to Ms. [redacted] and asked what we could do to make this experience better. Ms. [redacted] stated she no longer wanted the car and no longer wanted to be responsible for the payments. We agreed to purchase the car back from Ms. [redacted] and payoff [redacted] directly and the full balance. We did in fact payoff [redacted] (Ms. [redacted] loan in full). At no point did Ms. [redacted] ask to be paid for anything else. Also, all repairs as far as she stated to us, were completed here, and we never charged for them. Also Ms. [redacted] complained about the condition of the car stating it was wrecked? Carfax for car is clean and with out damage. We are not willing to make any further concessions, as I believe we have gone above and beyond. Please let me know if anything further is needed. Dealer is in good shape, they are attentive and informative, I got a [redacted] ESV and I love it, not only I got a good deal and a excellent customer service, I would definitively recommend it for more than just one car
