Rosedale Exterminators

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received, To begin, I never requested service from this company, I knew I had termites & contracted a company to exterminate, I dont know why I received a bill from this company, I called to dispute the charge & Jessica (one rude employee) started saying that I called & that I will pay for the bill, I explained to her that I never spoke to him & she said she was not going to argue with me & that I needed to pay or it would be submitted to a collection agency< I told her I needed to speak to the owner & she responded that she was not going to give him the s=message & that I needed to pay she then hung up on me, I called v=back & I told her that she hung up in me & she said she was no going to argue with me & hung up again,
