I sincerely hope that Ms. [redacted] will not have further concerns for any complaint in relation to our services.Thank you, Tess T[redacted], Property Manager Glen Rock Landing Apartments Good afternoon,The moving package (RFTA) submitted from the apartment complex was within a timely manner and forwarded to the Inspection Department as a 2-bedroom-Den. The client requested a 3-bedroom and when the unit became available the unit address change was forwarded via email to the Inspection Department. Ms. [redacted] was issued a voucher in May 2016 and she requested to transfer within the complex. Ms. [redacted] was told that the Department of Housing cannot enter into a HAP contract with the landlord until the unit has been approved. Also, Department of Housing cannot supersede management/landlord policies and procedures. Management must agree to enter into the HAP contract with Department of Housing. The unit passed inspection and according to Michelle [redacted] her rental account is current.
