Rosebud's Landscaping

Review: In 2008 Rosebud's installed a paver patio and steps and issued a lifetime warranty. The steps that were built started to sink and are now crooked and creating a safty hazard. On June 26, 2013 the owner [redacted] came to my house and told me in from of my Mom and girlfriend that he would fix the steps. We sent messages back and forth on [redacted] regarding that he was busy but would be over to fix the steps. As of today 12/28/13 the steps have not been fixed and have created a safety hazard.Desired Settlement: We would like the steps corrected, or $3000 to pay another contractor to fix the steps.
