Review: On May 8th, Rose Roofing repaired pump jack holes on my roof which supposedly was the cause of the leak shown on my bathroom ceiling. A invoice for $200 was submitted for the repair without any warranty. When I asked about the warranty, I was informed that there was no warranty for the work done. Should I have known before hand that Rose Roofing doesn't stand behind his work, I would never have any business to do with them. I was fooled by the fact that they were recommended by a reputable contractor.Desired Settlement: Rose Roofing doesn't want guarantee the repair, and on my part I don't feel comfortable paying for a job that I don't know if it has fixed the problem or not. Only time will tell, and for this a warranty is a must.This matter could be resolved the moment Rose Roofing take responsibility for its work by providing the usual standard, and customary one year warranty.

We did the work as stated, and submitted the invoice as stated by the customer. After the work was completed, the customer called about the invoice and asked about the warranty at that time. The customer was told we do not offer a warranty on repair work. We do offer offer a warranty on new roofs that we install. The customer was told that we would just void the invoice, and the customer would not have to pay the bill. The customer was not satisfied with that option. The customer was then told that he/she could pay the invoice in one year if the roof had not leaked at the repair site. The customer was not satisfied with that option. If the customer had asked about a warranty at the time the customer called for repair services, the customer would have been told that we do not offer a warranty on repairs, but the customer did not ask. We have been in the roofing business for 122 years, and we DO stand behind our work. Please let us know how you would like to proceed with this matter.
