***, This is Mark R*** *e spoke recently concerning *** *** complaint. His facts are incorrect. We did not schedule anymore work at his home as he kept changing plans after work was done or almost complete. I did drop off the wood in question and did refund the dollar amount in
question DIRECTLY, just as I indicated to Him I would. His constant changes and delays made it impossible to continue with anymore work at his home. My record confirms I have not one single complaint against my company as we always do what we say when we sayThis home owner was very difficult to work with and for. I think it was better we parted ways before it got ugly. There isn't a home owner complaint department or a similar letter could have been sent.
