Rose Plumbing Services

This is a company recommended by the Home Advisor. My sump pump was not working. I plugged and unpiugged the pump, checked the circuit breaker and added about 5 buckets of water in the pit - the motor just wouldn't run. I called Rose PS Inc and scheduled for them to come the next day. The plumber/owner checked the motor and explained to me that I have to add more water (20 buckets?) to the pit to trigger the motor to run. He told me that I have no problems and the motor is fine. When it rains, make sure to check if the pump is running. If not, call them. I was really touched because I have not met such an honest man in the business. He was very professional and I was very appreciative. I look forward to doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend this company.
