This complaint is about a repair service I received from Rose Jewelers, *** *** *** ** **, Washington, DC 20010; phone number: ###-###-#### on Friday, 8/3/On Friday, 8/3/at 1:pm, I stopped by this Rose Jewelers store to drop off my 14k white gold the LEO diamond wedding band ring (LEO diamonds; ctw) to be resized from size ring to a smaller size 5.50/I requested a receipt from the jeweler/owner when I dropped off my ring for resize, but he refused to provide me a receiptThe jeweler stated "NoYou don't need a receipt.I know your face and you know mineYou have been here beforeIt will be ready in hrs."
