Complaint[redacted] I live at [redacted] XXXXX I am complaining because my landlord ROSE INVESTMENTS at [redacted] 9 [redacted] XXXXX will not fix my air conditioner I have roaches real bad and my refrigerator went out all my food spoiled and when I asked would they reimburse my money they said no go to the food bank I have a two year old daughter that has asthma and seizures and my house is to hot for her to be there I would like my air conditioner fixed and my money refunded for my groceries Business Response As a matter of policy, we do not reimburse a resident for food that may or may not have spoiled from a refrigeration issue. It is management's understanding that the refrigerator is working properly.With regard to the air conditioning complaint, it is management's understanding that the tenant is currently satisfied with the quality, volume, and temperature of the air supplied to the apartment. With regard to insects, it is management's understanding that the tenant is currently satisfied with the measures that have taken to eliminate them. It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain a clean living space that does not encourage insects to thrive and multiply. This is critically important.
