The company has not responded to us since 7/22/The last message was from ***, via text, which read "Back in the office....Working on" and that was all that I've heardWe would have no way of possibly knowing they were still planning on installationOur two installation dates were ignored as wellWe were never given any updates, no one has visited the actual restaurant to see what an install would entail and other companies are reaching out stating that they have been going through the same exact experience with TJ Sign SolutionsTheir response simply isn't accurateComplaints were filed only after being avoided for monthsI would like nothing more than to have our deposit returned and move on from this businessThank you.
