The damage didn't exist before we shipped it If you feel that it was the fault of the post office, then take it up with them

shipped a replacement without question. There is absolutely no way that the product was received in the described condition as a result of neglect on our behalf. The damage which was illustrated both by word and in photos is far beyond any manufacturing defect. It's quite obviously the unfortunate result of the customer's poor handling/tampering.-Matthew W[redacted] Rose Colored Gaming

[redacted],
I have filed a claim with USPS for the damaged product and they have approved my claim and reimbursed $50 for the damage. However, the product cost me $391.92 and this does not begin to cover the expenses costs to me, not to mention the $5.25 in shipping that I was assured would be reimbursed for returning the original, defective cartridge which I have not been reimbursed for by Rose Colored Gaming. I have attached various PDFs documenting the expenses paid from my bank account, the original email string with Rose Colored Gaming about the return of the defective product and reimbursement of shipping costs and the approved USPS claim filed showing the money to be reimbursed to me.
What path forward would you recommend for me to take to right these remaining wrongs? In summary, the un-reimbursed shipping cost for the defective product return ($5.25) and the remaining $341.92 spent for the product to Rose Colored Gaming.
