that are mentioned in this letter If needed for this report, they can be supplied Mr*** was unable to see that his pet was in imminent danger and needed much more treatment than he allowed us to do, she was critically ill and should have been hospitalized Even at that, her prognosis was not good Due to her condition, we did file a neglect report with Multnomah County, as per the medical oath Mr *** was verbally abusive, combative and threatening to our staff, he persistently called the hospital to harass staff and when asked not to call, he called from another number to avoid us recognizing his caller ID RCVH has an excellent reputation in the community and this was clearly a case of unrealistic expectations and owner neglect Please contact me directly if there are questions.
