Review: Placed an order of flowers and 2 mylar balloons on Feb 17th around 10:35am. The flowers were delivered after 2pm and looked nothing like what I had ordered. The vase was clear and not pink, the ribbon around the vase was suppose to be pink and white just like the picture and instead was a rainbow of colors. The flowers looked like they were left over from another order, no pride in what they send out to their customers. After realizing that the balloons were not delivered I placed a phone call and spoke to the manager [redacted], she assured me that they would be delivered that day and her excuse on the flowers and the vase was , "IT was Valentines Day so I'm out of red and pink," and apparently everything else. The balloons were not delivered as promised so I called again today Feb 18th, and [redacted]'s next excuse was they just ran out of time. and offered me a refund on the balloons, but not the $10 deliver fee I was charged even though my order wasn't fulfilled and would not refund my 54.99 bouquet because [redacted] states, "They do there best with what they have." A company that FALSY ADVERTISES product to sell, then doesn't deliver as promised is an establishment that should no longer be in business. I will never do business with this company, who believes that customer service is not an important business philosophy.Desired Settlement: A full refund of my purchase.
