Buyer Beware!

If Rosbin is flipping a house that you're interested in, be very weary!

The brand new roof they installed leaked after the 1st rain and cost $7,000 to properly fix.

The brand new tile they installed buckled after a week everywhere and the grout all popped out.

My doorway to the laundry had to be ripped open and redone to even fit the washer/dryer in.

Roofing nails left all over driveway and punctured my vehicle tires.

Gutters full of old shingles and nails.

Heating vents were packed full off old drywall and heaps of construction waste.

Installed all the cheapest appliances and fixtures money can buy causing headache down the road including bathroom shower faucets failing twice!
