Rosati’s Pizza of Loves Park

Ordered from Rosati’s January 27th in the evening. Ordered a pizza and salad. We were told it would be 30-45 minutes, was an hour and a half, over twice the time quoted. Were overcharged on both items by several US$. We only received part of our order. We called immediately. We were rudely told we could have the delivery driver come back with the missing items, and cutlery and plates. He also said “I don’t know what you expect me to do, what do you want, me to knock five dollars off?”. We said that would be fine. Delivery driver never came and nothing was refunded, despite being overcharged on everything, verses what their website had said. Called back. Same manager in background says to waitress on phone loudly “I know who that is, they can wait”. Waited. He said their delivery truck broke down, a phone call would have been courteous. I said I wanted my full amount refunded as pizza topping were everywhere and salad never showed. He said he wasn’t rude when I confronted him about being rude to both of us, he said “what, at least I didn’t swear at your boyfriend last night”. He agreed to refund the order fully. Then hung up. To date, he has not refunded anything.
