The home was for sale A pending sale The inspectors did not pass the home We went there and fixed the roof It appeared that at one time there might have been a leak We sent the roofer who sealed this corner We knocked on the door but no one was there The home then passed inspection If there are any leaks this winter, please give us a call

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Multible attempts have been made to reach the owner to set up a time to finish the job that he reported being completed in May Owner is very hard to get ahold of and always has a different story or excuse to what has and hasn't been done to the roof

The garage roof was never re inspected and did not pass the initial inspection. Per the invoice submitted by the contractor the garage roof had been refoofed. This has not been done and was confirmed by the contracter, [redacted] when he came out to the property to look at the leak.
