I have no objection to the complain I had a employee do a bad job and said I would correct it. I got ahold of [redacted] the next day at 11:00 am not 3pm as he states I got text messages and call log to prove.. he said he didn't want to do so and would hire someone else. A week later he text...
me saying me or someone from my company stole from his house dishes of all things. That's is false nobody stole anything from there the house was empty. Furthermore he kept texting and assuming I did steal even went to a point to put it on [redacted]. A website for pros like myself to make money. Since that statement I lost out on at least 600 to 1000 dollars. He has not made a police report about the situation it was a personal attempt to sabotage my business which he successfully did and its slander it ain't true. Now I would like to see some money because I had jobs lined up the hole week and as soon as his false reports went up they cancelled. Now I gave him my insurance info I don't think he's made a claim now you can see it was a personal attack on me and my business plus he got a free clean and yet it wasent enough now I should press charges for extortion harassment and slander. And that's all I have to say
Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I rechecked and when he said he would be back to finish the items that were missed the business claimed all the work would be done by 11am. I didn't get a response that he wouldn't be showing up at all till 11:46 and could he come by at 3, at that point due to the fact he had to canceled first initial meeting, and was late to fix a bad job he promised to get correct free of charge, I was done with his business and trust was lost. Later that week when I myself then had to clean my whole place myself is when I came across the missing dishes. After contacting my insurance company and consulting others what to do, I mentioned the missing dishes to the business and he himself said his insurance would cover the costs of them and dont make a police report and at most they would cost $40 dollars, which acknowledges he knew there were dishes there. I left a honest review of what happened on [redacted] and included pictures, which is what [redacted] asks its users to do. I have used [redacted] numerous times and all with great success and left those businesses correct honest accounts of their work. I also filed this complaint here on Revdex.com per guidance of [redacted] when I had to go cancel the check I wrote to the business whom said he would rip of the check but due to lack of trust I had cancel it just to protect myself. I had a floor repair guy show up and he said he could not fix the floor due to the availability of the type of wood the floor currently is, and have been unsuccessful in getting the initial builder to come back on site to fix that floor as well but they are tracking down the type of wood flooring needed to replace those boards correctly and professionally. As soon as that is complete which they said 1-2 weeks I will have them file the insurance claim to fix the floor.I wish to have no further contact with this business.
Regards,
