They did the work quickly which I was happy about because it was a apartment complex and I wanted minimal disruption to my tenants. A couple of months after the job was finished I noticed several areas that had not been compacted well and were starting to settle which created puddling in the lot. I called over several months and most of the time I would not get a return call. When they did return the call they promised appointment that they never showed up for. Finally they did show up and acknowledged the problem. I was told that November was when they did their warrantee work. November has come and gone many months ago and I have never heard from them. Bottom line, "decent work, don't expect them to stand behind it".

We apologize for not returning the call on a timely basis. Customer was on our warranty list. We did go out and make repair on the 22nd of August. We have heard no complaints since.  We have also informed client that he needs to backfill all edges of the driveways with topsoil and see or...

problem will continue to happen.

My experience with Rosa Paving & Construction has been negative. I contracted to have my driveway asphalt end in June 2014. I was promis d 2" of asphalt which I did not get. Two weeks post paving, weeds began to grow through the asphalt. Upon calling the company, I was promised to be put on a "warranty" list and Joe would call me in September. As the month came and went, I phoned again; only to be told they would come in November. That month passed, I phoned a 3rd time and was told December. I called in January 2016, only receiv d voice mail and my call has yet to be returned. I am a senior citizen and contracted them in good faith and they took my money. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking about asphalting, do not contract with this company !
