Even though the product they created is great, their lack of customer care is very, very bad. I had received my initial package under a subscription from them and was expecting the second months delivery some time the following month. They billed and charged me for it on the date they said they would, however, there is not any shipping notice and hasn't been since. They clearly state that they will not charge me until it ships. Clearly something is wrong and needs to be addressed. Looking at their own forums I am not alone (Some are two months behind - Charged TWICE and nothing delivered!)
Oh, and they claim they can make things better by sending out an automated response stating that they are horrible at customer care.....
As a startup they had issues initiating their production and it caused delivery issues (I feel like it was more an issue of being able to produce enough to fulfill orders). I had to wait a while too. That is no longer the case, deliveries are coming and have been consistent.
The Soylent Product is great and that is the most important part.
