I purchased *** *** tickets for her September 1st performance That week we had a tropical storm that came to the Tampa Bay Area The day of the show I contacted Mahaffey and advise them because of the tropical storm, flooding, and trying to come across the bridge, I would not be able to attend The customer service repAdvise me they would have the manager call me about my refund before the show I never received a call until that Monday, and the manager left a very general message, knowing what I was calling for I called him back once I got off of work, and left a message It is now September 17, and several other attempts of contact, and a email, still no call back I just want my refund
