Roper Plumbing Inc

My parents are senior citizens, moreover, my dad doesn't speak English well. Steve from Roper plumbing was suppose to come over to do some work, when he didn't show up by the scheduled time and didn't call to warn my parents that he is running late, my dad called him to find out what is going on, Steve was abrupt and told my dad that he is rude and now Steve will not be coming as he doesn't work with rude people. He didn't realize that my dad's English is poor and what he took for rudeness was a simple poor choice of words and frustration. He stood my parents up, and didn't care enough to even try to understand. I'd say poor work ethics, poor professionalism, total ignorance about other cultures, complete discrimination. I definitely won't recommend this company to anyone.
