I bought their noninitiate package on 06/15/14 from www.rootswithoutend.org/emporium/freda_package.html still no delivery.I emailed them no reply. I bought their non initiate package on their website and paid with [redacted] on 06/15/14. On 06/29/14, I sent email to the email on their website and still this day (July 13, 2014) I got no response from them. The [redacted] have been charged to my bank account and I never got the package nor did I get a reply from [redacted] to give me any reason why there's a delay if that's the case. I sent them a second email on June 12, 2014 to let them know that I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com if I didn't get a reply within 24 hours. And here I am filing the complaint. I intend to fight the charges with my bank.Desired SettlementI demand a full refund of my [redacted] given that I never got the product I bought from their website. I also want them to be investigated to see what type of scam they are obviously running.
